Help me out blogger friends...
I have agreed to host a yard sale for a co-worker of Becky's. I have to organize the whole thing, get stuff out, arrange, sale, etc. etc. My problem is this:
How much do I charge for this service?
If I go with a percentage of the profits, and the profits are low, then I get next to nothing. If I go for a set rate, and the profits are low, then I would feel bad for the lady.
I'm not sure what to do...any advice?

Ask the lady what she thinks is fair to do or wait and see how the yard sale does and then decide. Sue
